We are delighted to invite you to the 4th GrInShield workshop entitled „Synthesis of carbon-based nanomaterials, green approaches in their productions, and gamma irradiation as a tool for their modification“ which will explore new routes in the production of carbon-based nanomaterials, approaches for their modification, and the possibilities of gamma irradiation usage in nanomaterials modification. The workshop will be held from July 16-18 2024 at Mama Shelter Belgrade, Kneza Mihaila 54A, Belgrade.

The workshop is designed for Ph.D. students, early-stage career researchers, and other scientists who want to expand their knowledge about carbon nanomaterials. In five thematic sessions (Introduction, Synthesis, Modification, Cytotoxicity, and Application) the workshop will thoroughly and multidisciplinary summarize the latest achievements in the synthesis, modification, and application of carbon nanomaterials with a special focus on gamma irradiation as one of the eco-friendly modification pathways. Also, one whole day is dedicated to training in the life cycle assessment
